Ingredients
- 3 oz Our Thai Sauce
- 2 tbsp vegetable oil
- 2 oz beef, sliced
- 7 oz flat rice noodles
- 1 egg
- 1 garlic clove, chopped
- 1 oz onions, sliced
- 1 oz carrots, juluiened
- 2 oz mushrooms, quartered
- 2 oz broccoli
Instructions
- Heat pan on high heat.
- Add oil and garlic. Lightly brown garlic.
- Add beef and cook half way through.
- Add whisked egg. Stir until lighly cooked.
- Add remaining vegetables. Stir.
- Add flat rice noodles. Stir fry for 1 minute.
- Add Cook@Home Our Thai Sauce. Stir fry until noodles are soft.
