Ingredients
- 5 oz Our Thai Sauce
- 1 tsp Oboy Sauce
- 2 tbsp vegetable oil
- 4 oz beef, sliced
- 3 tbsp basil leaves
- 2 tbsp shallots, sliced
- 8-10 lime leaves
- 1 garlic clove, chopped
- 1 oz red pepplers, sliced
- 1 oz green peppers, sliced
- 1 oz carrots, julienned
- 1 oz onions, sliced
- 2 tsp cornstarch slurry (optional) (2 tsp cornstarch + 2 tsp water)
Instructions
- Heat pan on high heat.
- Add oil, shallots, garlic and oboy sauce to pan. Stir to lightly cook shallots and garlic.
- Add beef, cook halfway through.
- Add all remaining vegetables. Stir fry for 1 minute.
- Add Our Thai Cook@Home Our Thai Sauce. Simmer for 1-2 minutes.
- or a thicker consistency add 1-2 tsp cornstarch slurry. Cook until sauce thickens to your preference.
