Ingredients
- 8 oz Sweet N’Tangy sauce
- 5 cups vegetable oil
- 3 tbsp cornstarch
- 5 oz beef, sliced
- 3-4 orange slices
- 1 oz onions, sliced
- 1 oz carrots, julienned
- 1 oz red peppers, sliced
- 1 oz green peppers, sliced
Instructions
- Coat sliced beef with cornstarch
- Bring oil to 350 degrees. Deep fry beef in oil for 2 minutes or until crispy. Set aside.
- In a separate sauce pan, heat Our Thai Cook@Home Sweet N’Tangy sauce on medium-high heat.
- Add vegetables. Simmer for 1-2 minutes or until vegetables are cooked to your preference.
- Pour sauce over beef.
