Ingredients
- 4 oz Our Thai Sauce
- 1/2 tsp Oboy Sauce
- 1 tbsp vegetable oil
- 1 tbsp dried shrimp
- 4 oz shrimp
- 1 egg
- 1 garlic clove, minced
- 8 oz rice noodles
- 1 oz red pepper, sliced
- 1 oz green pepper, sliced
- 1 oz carrot, julienned
- 3 tbsp Thai basil leaves
- 3 oz bean sprouts
Instructions
- Heat pan on high heat
- Add oil, garlic, dried shrimp, Our Thai Cook@Home Oboy Sauce and shrimp to pan. Lightly cook shrimp.
- Add whisked egg, stir until lightly cooked.
- Add rice noodles, carrots, red/green peppers and basil.
- Add Our Thai Cook@Home Our Thai sauce.
- Stir fry noodles for 2 minutes until noodles are soft and vegetables are cooked to your preference.
- Add bean sprouts to the last 30 seconds of cooking. Combine.
